Creating a Schedule

Service Description

In this virtual (Zoom or phone) consultation, we will assess whether a schedule or routine is best for your family, and create a first-attempt plan for a schedule that meets your family's work, school, home life and extracurricular activities. This consultation will include two 1.5 hour sessions, one month apart. The first session will be to evaluate and create a plan. The second will be to assess 1-mont in how the plan is working, and to adjust any aspects of the schedule as needed.
